Role Overview
The Business Excellence Manager drives continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and sustainable business performance.
The role evaluates processes, identifies improvement opportunities, develops performance frameworks, and supports initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and customer value.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and establish key performance indicators.
- Streamline workflows and promote effective standards and best practices across the organization.
- Support strategic projects, conduct performance reviews, identify process gaps, and develop practical business solutions from data and insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of business process improvement, performance management, and operational excellence.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, structured problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
