About the Role
NCR Atleos seeks a Customer Engineer to install, maintain, and repair financial equipment (ATMs, kiosks, POS) within an assigned territory. The role requires a driving license, PC hardware experience, and Windows OS knowledge, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service level compliance.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment within assigned territory
- Own customer problems until resolution or compliance with SLAs
- Perform minor repairs and replace components on Tier I equipment
- Assist in site preparation including cable installation and equipment staging
- Build working relationships with customers and represent NCR positively
- Perform periodic preventative maintenance on assigned products
- Manage NCR assets and maintain parts inventory
- Report calls, activity, and expenses accurately
- Capture detailed customer asset information for billing
- May require prolonged travel, lifting up to 50 lbs, and rotating shifts
Requirements
- Driving license
- Experience on Windows operating systems
- Experience in PC Hardware Maintenance and support
- Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a technical field
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in NCR or similar equipment
- CCNA preferred

Mandatory & Preferred Qualifications
- Driving license (mandatory).
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office.
- Experience on Windows operating systems required.
- Experience in PC Hardware Maintenance and support.
- Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a technical field preferred.
- Previous experience in NCR or similar equipment is a plus.
- CCNA preferred.
