- Ensure project alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate project activities across business, technology, and vendor teams
- Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication across project participants
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans as needed
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management
- Ensure adherence to project governance, delivery methodologies, and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience
- Strong background in banking or financial services
- Experience delivering complex enterprise projects and managing multiple stakeholders
- Excellent planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Previous exposure to capital markets, investment banking, asset management, or Capital related initiatives (preferred)
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent (preferred)

Position Summary
- The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise wide projects through an outsourcing engagement.
- This role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams.
- The position involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery standards.
