About the Role
Bayer is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to act as a key link between Bayer and Healthcare Professionals in Saudi Arabia. The role involves developing professional relationships with doctors, facilitating digital and face-to-face engagements, and driving adoption of Bayer brands.

Responsibilities
- Develop a list of targeted doctors customers and continuously update it as per market dynamics
- Act as a trusted partner and key link between Bayer and Healthcare Professionals through developing adequate professional relations
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and Bayer, sharing customers’ needs internally
- Co create content with speaker list to mutually satisfy HCP universe scientific interest and Bayer promotional objective
- Report all interactions to BCH CRM system and integrate HCP insights to support future brand messaging and content creation
- Display great level of discipline and quality in maintaining data entry related to customer profile information, daily activities, event reporting, etc.
- Plan and align meetings calendar and meeting invitations based on micro segmentation and HCP target needs
- Facilitate virtual meetings and retain flexible time management in hybrid environment
- Facilitate digital networking of like minded HCPs and educate non loyalist HCPs to increase adoption of Bayer brands
- Maximize customer experience by monitoring and optimizing activities, content and channels
- Align with peers to co invite to group meetings when appropriate
- Achieve related financial targets in his scope
Requirements
- University degree in Pharmacy
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry with focus on doctor detailing and promotion
- Excellent stakeholder engagement record
- Strong expertise in medical and customer experience excellence
- Strong scientific knowledge and ability to interpret scientific data in the therapy area
- Hands on Experience of using digital & Virtual means and tools is a must
- Maintains growth mindset to work through new working models
- Good understanding of agile ways of working is desired
- Robust understanding of medico marketing strategies and tactics
- Proficient in English to collaborate internally & across the broader organization enterprise is highly desired
- Arabic is mandatory
- Must be a Saudi national citizen (in accordance with KSA regulations)

- In collaboration with Business Analytics Team she/he has to plan and align meetings calendar, meeting invitations based on micro segmentation and HCP target needs.
- When needed the CES will facilitate the virtual meetings and retains flexible time management in hybrid environment.
- Facilitate digital networking of like minded HCPs and educate and influence non loyalist HCPs to increase their adoption of Bayer brands.
- Maximizing customer experience by monitoring and optimizing activities, content and channels (data driven decisions).
- She/He needs to align with his peers to co invite to group meetings when appropriate and as per meeting setting and format.
- Despite being a communication expert the CES will continue to be responsible on achieving related financial targets in his scope.
Your Experience
- University degree in Pharmacy
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry with focus on doctor detailing and promotion
- Excellent stakeholder engagement record
- Strong expertise in medical and customer experience excellence
- Strong scientific knowledge and ability to interpret scientific data in the therapy area she/he is assigned to.
- Hands on Experience of using digital & Virtual means and tools is a must.
- Maintains growth mindset to work through new working models and proactively identifies areas of improvement with the new hybrid responsibilities.
- Good understanding of agile ways of working is desired
- Robust understanding of medico marketing strategies and tactics
- Proficient in English to collaborate internally & across the broader organization enterprise is highly desired.
- Arabic is mandatory
- In accordance with country regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), the position of CES in KSA must be appointed to a Saudi national citizen
