About the Role
Bayer seeks a Customer Engagement Specialist to develop and manage relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the UAE. The role involves co-creating educational content, organizing scientific meetings, and driving brand adoption through hybrid engagements.

Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously update a list of HCPs (speakers/non speakers) as per market dynamics.
- Lead deep discussions with HCPs to identify scientific areas of major interest.
- Act as primary point of contact between stakeholders and Bayer, sharing HCP community needs internally.
- Co create content with speaker list to satisfy HCP scientific interest and Bayer promotional objectives.
- Contract HCP speakers for talks integrated into a yearly educational calendar.
- Report one to one interactions to Veeva and integrate HCP insights for brand messaging.
- Plan and align meetings calendar based on micro segmentation and HCP target needs.
- Facilitate virtual meetings and utilize hybrid meeting formats.
- Maximize customer experience by monitoring and optimizing activities, content, and channels.
- Collaborate with cross functional team to drive implementation of tactical campaigns.
Requirements
- University degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
- Minimum 2 years of therapy area experience within the pharmaceutical industry in the UAE
- Excellent stakeholder engagement record including partnering with TLs and institutes
- Strong business acumen with expertise in commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence
- Strong scientific knowledge and ability to interpret scientific data
- Hands on experience using digital and virtual means and tools
- Proficient in English
