Research and catalog contact, account and opportunity information.

Build relationships with existing accounts and decrease dormancy across our account base.

Use effective sales techniques to uncover customer needs that can be addressed through our solutions.

Articulate the benefits of using our solutions to prospects across an array of industries.

Work to schedule quality meetings and opportunities to consistently over achieve quota.

Possesses a strong desire for continuous professional growth and a clear ambition to master sales development as a launchpad into a closing sales role.

Highly receptive to feedback with a demonstrated ability to actively seek out, absorb, and immediately apply constructive criticism to sharpen sales skills.

Demonstrates an innate, performance-driven mindset with the grit to navigate rejection constructively and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proven track record of over-achieving goals.

Prior sales or outbound prospecting experience required. Exposure to structured methodologies (e.g., Solution Selling, Customer-Centric Selling, Sandler, or SPIN) is highly advantageous.
