Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in the Splunk security domain.
- Lead complex, multi-functional security projects for CISO and IT leadership.
- Plan and implement tailored Splunk security architectures.
- Use AI and automation to optimize operations, incident response, and detection.
- Manage customer relationships and align delivery with security objectives.
- Define documentation standards for complex security deployments.
- Build simulation environments and support security and platform challenges.
- Mentor team members and apply Plan, Design, Implement, and Optimize methodologies.
- Use customer feedback to influence Splunk products and services.
- Create digital assets, procedures, and standardized engagement methodologies.
- Collaborate with Product Management on security trends and service offerings.
Minimum qualifications
- University degree plus equivalent experience and a minimum of eight years of experience.
- Expert-level Splunk certification or an equivalent relevant security certification.
- Customer-facing advisory experience, including project scoping, effort estimation, and statement-of-work drafting.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience leading complex, multi-functional security consulting or engineering projects.
- Deep technical expertise in the Splunk platform and security adoption.
- Advanced automation, SOAR orchestration, and AI-driven security operations skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop technical consulting talent.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
