- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle customer inquiries confidently and effectively
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Previous experience in customer service, customer care, telesales, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage
