- Handle inbound customer calls professionally in both Arabic and English
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and accurately
- Record and track customer cases, ensuring proper follow up and timely resolution
- Coordinate with restaurants and relevant departments to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain a high standard of customer service in line with McDonald's Qatar standards
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the Customer Care Supervisor
- Maintain accurate records and prepare basic call and case reports

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service systems or call center tools

- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an added advantage
- Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable sponsorship
