Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Ensure the developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and meet quality standards. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices. - Experience with application design patterns and architectural principles. - Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. - Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
