Role overview
Pega CDH and Decisioning Solution Architect responsible for technical leadership and solution architecture across customer decisioning and multi-channel engagement solutions.
The role owns scalable solution design, integration and data architecture, technical decisions, and delivery governance.
The architect works with Product Owners, business stakeholders, senior leadership, client teams, Accenture teams, and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Pega CDH and Decisioning subject matter expert for complex Pega implementations.
- Lead solution architecture and technical design across Pega CDH, Pega Decisioning, NBAA, and multi-channel outbound orchestration.
- Create, own, and review high-level and low-level design documents.
- Design integration solutions for Kafka, MarTech platforms, and Customer Data Platforms.
- Define and maintain data models, context dictionaries, and decisioning structures.
- Evaluate technical options based on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Translate business and functional requirements into Jira user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead cross-shore and offshore delivery teams and drive technical delivery governance.
