Role overview

Core requirements

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
• Advanced SAP PS configuration and implementation knowledge for complex processes.
• Two to three end-to-end implementation cycles in captive and service industries are required.
• At least two years of full SDLC experience in the PS module is required.

Technical qualifications

• Strong integration knowledge across SAP HCM, SD, FI, CO, and related modules.
• Experience with SAP FG, BTP-CPI, and third-party application integrations.
• Ability to work with Fiori, ABAP, BDC, LTMC, workflows, SAPscript, Smart Forms, dialog programs, ALE, EDI, and IDocs.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into SAP PS solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot interfaces between SAP and third-party applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as an SAP PS subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
• Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
• Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
• Design and implement scalable software and SAP PS solutions using agile practices.
