ICMS is seeking a detail oriented, organized, and experienced Custodian to join our team in support of one of our federal clients in Miami, FL .

This position is 100% onsite at a Federal Government facility.

This is a Union position through the Teamsters Local 769 Union.

The Custodian cleans and keeps in an orderly condition facility working areas and restrooms, common areas, offices and administrative areas, detention cells, conference room areas, elevators, and lobbies/visitor areas.

involve a combination of:

• sweeping, mopping, or scrubbing, and polishing floors
• removing trash and other refuse
• dusting of furniture or fixtures
• polishing metal fixtures or trimmings
• providing supplies and minor maintenance services
• cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms
• experience with flooring restoration a plus.

• High School diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent work experience
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to be on time for shifts
• Basic cleaning skills with ability to work with cleaning materials required to disinfect (i.e., Industrial disinfectant, industrial sanitizer, bleach/water solutions, etc.)
