Custodian

Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, conference rooms, and other designated areas on a routine schedule.

Ensure restrooms and common areas are fully stocked with necessary supplies.

Vacuum carpets and sweep floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.

Sanitize all assigned areas in accordance with established cleanliness and safety standards.

Clean and reset conference rooms after each use.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Adapt to new procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment as required.

Utilize experience and judgment to plan and complete daily tasks efficiently.

Maintain a cooperative and professional working relationship with employees and supervisors.

Work effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements.

Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards.

Attend scheduled EH&S training program.

Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans.

Recommend improved EH&S practices.
