5+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or related technical environments (Structures, Assembly & Integration, or Composites preferred)
Demonstrated depth in at least one of the following: Structures (drilling, fastening, structural assembly), Assembly & Integration (system assembly, fluid systems, harness routing), or Composites (layup, bonding, surface prep)
Familiarity with technician-level skills aligned to aerospace roles, including blueprint reading, precision measurement tools, and hands-on work (e.g., drilling/fastening, system assembly, torque application, or composite layup/bonding)
Experience working from written work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality specifications in a production or aerospace environment
Experience with aerospace safety and quality standards (e.g., OSHA, 5S, FOD)
3+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical writing — bonus for technical or vocational training contexts
Experience teaching, training, or mentoring adult learners in technical subjects
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for beginner learners
Comfort with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Office)
Comfortable working remotely, independently, and self-motivated to succeed
