ILO Group is seeking a Curriculum Content Production & Quality Support Contractor to support the development of high-quality English Language Arts (ELA) instructional and certification materials.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. The contractor will work under the guidance of the Director, ELA Curriculum to translate scope and sequence decisions, standards-aligned frameworks, and instructional direction into clear, rigorous, and usable draft materials designed for real classroom implementation.

This role does not set instructional strategy. It supports drafting, sequencing, revision, and quality review to ensure materials are accurate, coherent, and production-ready.

Our clients include state education agencies, school districts, and adjacent education organizations, including nonprofits and foundations, who are committed to improving student outcomes.

In this role, you will work directly with education leaders and their teams to support the design, development, and refinement of ELA instructional resources that can be implemented at scale.
