Role Purpose
Serve as the primary contact for branch order processing and goods distribution.
Support customer service, material returns, inventory, shipment records, and distribution-network activities.
Responsibilities
- Process branch orders and coordinate goods distribution.
- Arrange product samples for regions, customers, and salespersons.
- Serve as the appointed Fire Marshal for fire safety.
- Resolve material return issues procedurally.
- Write internal and external correspondence.
- Resolve non-technical customer complaints professionally.
- Prepare and present business reports and presentations.
- Promote service quality across the distribution network.
- Conduct supply inventories and maintain shipment records.
- Answer calls, process emails, maintain files, and review work for accuracy.
Qualifications
- Good technical knowledge is required.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint competence is required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, numerical, and analytical skills are required.
- At least two years of experience as a Material Engineer is required.
- Training in construction materials and sales is required.
