Job Purpose
Manage day-to-day operational, financial, commercial, and administrative activities of the branch.
Ensure accurate execution and full compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
Operating Challenges
Maintain accuracy across diverse activities during changing processes, extended hours, seasonal volume spikes, and limited system validation.
Protect confidential information and documentation despite infrastructure and support constraints.
Operate more than 15 systems despite bandwidth and connectivity issues.
Handle sales behavior effectively to maintain internal and external compliance.
Financial and Commercial Operations
- Execute receipting, banking, reconciliation, cash, cheque, petty cash, asset, and cheque dishonour processes within timelines.
- Detect counterfeit notes, safeguard branch keys, verify petty cash spending, and maintain accurate branch records.
- Identify local vendors, facilitate registration, validate bills, process payments, and support lease registration and renewal.
- Coordinate new branch setup with IT, infrastructure, banking, ZOPS, and DSF functions.
