- **Cruise Travel Consultant** should have a strong sales and customer service skills to advise clients on cruise holidays, manage bookings, and deliver personalized travel experiences.
- Should focus on driving sales, maximizing booking value, ensuring customer satisfaction and building loyalty.
- ***Responsibilities:***
- Sell and advise on international cruise products and itineraries
- Create tailor-made cruise packages, including flights and hotels
- Handle bookings, amendments, and documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with Arabic-speaking clients
- Achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service
- ***Requirements***
- 2+ years’ experience as a Travel Consultant (cruise experience required)
- Fluent in **Russian and English**
- Knowledge of cruise lines and destinations
- UAE or GCC market experience is an advantage
