Work Arrangement
- The role is fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.
The Role
Coordinate international shipments and support efficient global supply chain operations.
The role supports logistics, international trade, freight forwarding, supply chain, customs, and cross-border transportation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day cross-border logistics and international shipment activities.
- Monitor import and export shipments from origin through final delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics teams, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and suppliers.
- Prepare shipping documentation and follow up on customs clearance and delivery timelines.
- Maintain logistics records, reports, operational documentation, and document control procedures.
- Support customs documentation, trade compliance, KPI reporting, issue resolution, and process improvements.
- Assist with cross-functional logistics and trade projects and stay informed about shipping regulations and Incoterms.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
