Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads (website inquiries, phone calls, chat, social media, showroom visits)
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budget, and timeline
- Maintain accurate and up to date records in the CRM system
- Nurture leads that aren't sales ready yet through follow ups and check ins
- Hand off qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative with clear context/notes
- Track lead status and follow up to ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine the handoff process and improve conversion rates
- Generate basic reports on lead volume, conversion, and response times
Requirements
- Experience using a CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and chat
- Highly organized with good attention to detail
- Prior experience in furniture, home goods, retail, or similar consultative sales environment is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage a pipeline of leads at different stages
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- Direct sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- Arabic (Preferred)
