- Strong analytical thinking, enthusiasm, and persistence in problem solving
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross team collaboration
- Adaptability to changing processes and future improvements
- High sense of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
