About the Role
Maintain and manage the company’s CRM system in Dubai.
Ensure customer and agent data is accurate, current, and well organized.
Prepare reports, coordinate with departments, and support daily CRM team operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Update and manage CRM data for accuracy and consistency.
- Manage the lead distribution process.
- Organize and maintain agent databases.
- Identify and communicate data errors or discrepancies to relevant users.
- Update and monitor spreadsheets related to CRM activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely responses to requests.
- Support process improvements and assist with CRM system updates as required.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 1–2 years of experience in a CRM or similar administrative or data management role.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays when required.
