Role Overview
The employer is seeking a CRM Executive to maintain the company CRM system and keep customer and agent data accurate, current, and organized.
The role also prepares reports, coordinates with other departments, and supports daily CRM team operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Update CRM data and maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Manage the lead distribution process.
- Organize and maintain agent databases.
- Identify and communicate data errors or discrepancies.
- Monitor CRM-related spreadsheets.
- Coordinate departmental responses to requests.
- Support process improvements and CRM system updates.
Requirements
- At least one to two years of CRM or similar administrative or data management experience is required.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication is required.
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
- Candidates must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, coordinate effectively, and work as part of a team.
- Weekend and holiday availability is required when needed.
- Candidates living near the office are preferred.
Compensation
- The posting states a salary of 4,400 AED without specifying a payment cadence.
