Crm Managerrole Description
We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused CRM Manager to lead customer relationship management initiatives and strengthen engagement, retention, and loyalty.
The role involves developing CRM strategies, managing customer segmentation, designing targeted campaigns, analyzing customer behavior, and optimizing communication across relevant channels.
You will work closely with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to improve customer journeys, maximize customer value, and drive measurable business results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
