Overview

  • We are seeking a dedicated CRM Implementation Project Manager to lead the deployment and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across the organization.
  • This role focuses on the execution of the CRM roadmap, ensuring the platform centralizes customer data, automates sales pipelines, and enhances collaboration across marketing and service teams.
  • Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations, the Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between commercial teams and technical stakeholders to ensure the system follows the correct workflows and delivers tangible business value.
  • **Requirements** **Core Requirements**
  • **Level:** L3 (Execution & Alignment).
  • **Location:** Based onsite in Abu Dhabi (4–5 days per week).
  • **Experience:** Proven track record in project management, CRM, or similar cloud-based AI-driven business applications.
  • **Skills:** Strong organizational skills with a focus on progressing instructions, tracking milestones, and reporting back to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Project Execution:** Manage the day-to-day implementation tasks of the CRM, ensuring the project remains on schedule and aligned with strategic instructions.
  • **Stakeholder Coordination:** Interact with all relevant business units and commercial teams to capture specific workflow needs and ensure the CRM delivers localized value.
  • **Progress Reporting:** Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates on implementation health, risks, and resource alignment.
  • **Workflow Alignment:** Ensure that the CRM configuration reflects the organization's operational reality and supports automated task management.
