- Engage with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, workflows, and specifications
- Document use cases, requirements, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
- Analyze operational and client data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Generate actionable insights to enhance delivery processes and customer engagement
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction
- Act as a liaison between client facing and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a technology driven environment
- Strong experience in Procurement and/or ERP implementation projects
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Asana

Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly analytical and client focused Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of AI driven solutions.
- Reporting to the Director – Customer Success, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, generate insights, and ensure solutions align with customer objectives.
Client Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Engage with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, workflows, and specifications
- Document use cases, requirements, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze operational and client data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Generate actionable insights to enhance delivery processes and customer engagement
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Process Improvement & Optimization
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline and standardize delivery processes
- Support the implementation of best practices in project management, documentation, and communication
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between client facing and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery timelines
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions while documenting outcomes and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a technology driven environment
