Role Overview

Egis Group is seeking a CRM / Helpdesk PMO professional in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The role combines project management, CRM systems, and helpdesk operations to improve organizational efficiency and customer service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM implementation, optimization, and enhancement projects.
  • Lead helpdesk transformation initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, resources, vendors, integrations, risks, and project reporting.
  • Analyze processes, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate change adoption, ensure ITIL compliance, and support end-user training.

Required Experience

  • Proven project management experience in CRM and IT service management environments.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
  • Experience with helpdesk platforms including ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or JIRA Service Management.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2 methodologies and project management tools.

Additional Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management best practices.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and change management.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement abilities.
  • Experience with vendors, third-party integrations, cross-functional teams, digital transformation, and SLA management.
