Property Shop Investment is seeking a motivated Listing Agent for its Secondary Market (Resale) Team. The role involves sourcing resale property listings, building client relationships, managing online portals, and conducting viewings.

- Source and secure resale property listings from landlords and property owners
- Build strong relationships with landlords, buyers, and investors
- Manage and update property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other portals
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and support clients throughout the sales process
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and collaborate with sales and marketing teams
Requirements
- Experience in Real Estate, Customer Service, Banking, Hospitality, Guest Relations, Automotive Sales, Retail, Business Development, or any customer facing sales role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Confident, presentable, customer focused, and target driven personality
- Experience with CRM systems and property portals is an added advantage
- UAE real estate experience is an advantage but not essential
- UAE Driving Licence is preferred

- We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Listing Agent to join our Secondary Market (Resale) Team.
- Ideal for candidates with experience in Real Estate, Customer Service, Banking, Hospitality, Guest Relations, Automotive Sales, Retail, Business Development, or any customer facing sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure resale property listings from landlords and property owners.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, buyers, and investors.
- Manage and update property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other portals.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and support clients throughout the sales process.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize listing exposure.
Requirements
- Experience in Real Estate, Customer Service, Banking, Hospitality, Guest Relations, Automotive Sales, Retail, Business Development, or any customer facing sales role.
- Previous experience in listing acquisition or the secondary real estate market is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Confident, presentable, customer focused, and target driven personality.
- Experience with CRM systems and property portals is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Additional languages such as Russian, French, German, Spanish, Romanian, Italian, or Chinese are highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE real estate experience is an advantage but not essential.
- UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
- Experience managing clients in any Industry is a plus.

Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,500.00 AED 4,000.00 per month
