- The role is based in the United Arab Emirates and is fully remote.
- The position is part-time with flexible working hours.
The Role
The role supports CRM administration, customer data management, pipeline coordination, system updates, reporting, and CRM-related operations.
The position provides exposure to CRM platforms, customer data management, sales operations, pipeline administration, reporting, automation, and digital business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer, prospect, lead, account, contact, and company records within CRM systems.
- Manage pipeline information, lead stages, opportunities, activities, follow-ups, and customer records.
- Cleanse, validate, categorize, segment, and maintain CRM data while identifying duplicates and inconsistencies.
- Coordinate CRM information and requirements with sales, marketing, business development, finance, operations, and management teams.
- Prepare reports, customer lists, pipeline summaries, activity reports, data-quality reports, dashboards, and internal updates.
- Support CRM integrations, workflows, automated notifications, documentation, research, list preparation, and continuous process improvement.
- Handle customer and business information professionally and maintain appropriate confidentiality.
