The Role
Guide prospective students through admissions inquiries, application processes, and enrollment decisions.
Collaborate with admissions, academic, marketing, and student-support teams to provide accurate information and a smooth applicant experience.
Work Arrangement
- This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity supporting learners across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with prospective students to understand their academic interests and goals.
- Explain relevant programs, admission requirements, timelines, and application procedures.
- Guide applicants through documentation, application, and enrollment steps.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries through remote communication channels.
- Maintain accurate applicant records, interaction notes, and follow-up schedules.
- Monitor application progress and coordinate outstanding requirements with relevant teams.
- Conduct virtual consultations, information sessions, and admissions follow-ups.
- Build positive relationships with applicants while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, admissions, and student-support teams.
- Identify recurring applicant concerns and recommend improvements to the admissions experience.
