- Property Shop Investment (PSI) is the largest private real estate company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, established in 2007. The company offers property brokerage, investment advisory, property appraisal, and property and facility management.
Role Description
- Manage customer satisfaction, customer service, customer support, and analytical skills.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer satisfaction, customer support, and customer service management.
- Analytical skills to identify issues and proactively solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Previous experience in real estate industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 4,000 per month.
