Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and timely communication
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests across multiple channels
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update all interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues
  • Coordinate remotely with sales, operations, and other departments
  • Support the sales team by tracking leads, updating customer information, and managing follow up activities
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Ensure all customer data is accurate, complete, and maintained according to company standards
  • Assist in planning and executing customer engagement and retention initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data
  • Represent the company professionally while working remotely
