- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues
- Coordinate remotely with sales, operations, and other departments
- Support the sales team by tracking leads, updating customer information, and managing follow up activities
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Ensure all customer data is accurate, complete, and maintained according to company standards
