Role Overview
The Critical Environment Program Manager is a technical engineering role responsible for safe, reliable datacenter electrical and mechanical operations.
The role covers power, cooling, controls, and life-safety infrastructure and requires hands-on datacenter Critical Environment experience.
Program and project management support technical risk reduction, reliability, and operational excellence.
Technical Engineering and Delivery
- Own delivery for datacenter power, cooling, switchgear, UPS, generators, transformers, and chillers.
- Troubleshoot recurring failures and deliver corrective actions, upgrades, commissioning, and lifecycle replacements.
Operational Excellence and Compliance
- Improve availability, SEV reduction, Break-Fix backlog, TTR, and Preventive Maintenance performance through dashboards and action plans.
- Manage technical risks and ensure compliance with standards, MOP/SOP, change management, DCOS, ISO, and audit requirements.
