- Optimize costs related to travel, visa processing, medicals, and other logistics
- Coordinate with vessel sea staff and other departments to foster open communication and trust
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Formal training in crew management or relevant management courses
- Understanding of international maritime regulations including MLC 2006 and STCW
- At least 2 years' experience in a crewing assistant role within the maritime industry
- Proficiency in MS Office tools

Role Overview
