Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Attend training as indicated by the supervisor.
- Check offshore crew documents for validity.
- Maintain current offshore personnel files and training documentation.
- Liaise with local agencies for documentation and local registration, including visas and Federal Police or Sispat matters.
- Contact the medical department about medical leave affecting scheduled embarkation.
- Keep HR and Operations informed about embarkation issues and crew-change changes caused by medical reasons, flights, weather, or other factors.
- Support supplier nota-fiscal documentation.
- Confirm the official start of vacation to offshore personnel.
- Complete timesheet forms.
- Coordinate personnel movements to and from offshore locations.
- Produce reports for the Crewing Logistics Coordinator.
Essential Qualifications and Education
- High school degree.
- Two years of experience in administrative routines.
- Basic to intermediate level in English.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with computer literacy.
- Compliance with company safety and ethics standards.
- Thorough understanding of HSE and quality principles and their applicability.
- Team spirit, flexibility, and adaptability.
