What You'Ll Do

• As a Crepe Artist at Dip n Dip, you will:
• **Prepare fresh crepes to order** – Mix batters, spread evenly on crepe makers, and achieve consistent texture and color.
• **Apply toppings and fillings** – Use chocolate spreads, fresh fruits, nuts, sauces, and powders according to Dip n Dip recipe standards.
• **Decorate and plate** – Present each crepe with attention to detail, matching brand visual guidelines.
• **Operate and clean crepe equipment** – Maintain crepe makers, spatulas, and workstations; perform daily deep cleaning.
• **Manage crepe batter inventory** – Prepare batches, monitor freshness, and apply FIFO (First Expiry, First Out).
• **Work alongside beverage team** – Coordinate with baristas to ensure crepes and drinks are served together.
• **Maintain food safety** – Follow Doha Municipality hygiene standards, including glove use, temperature logs, and allergen separation.

Requirementdetails

• **Experience:** 6+ months making crepes in a café, dessert shop, or food truck
• **Skills:** Able to make 15–20 crepes per hour with consistent quality
• **Knowledge:** Familiar with chocolate-based toppings and dessert presentation
• **Language:** English (required); Arabic is a plus
• **Availability:** Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and closing shifts
• **Work ethic:** Clean, organized, and calm under pressure
