Manage collection activities for third-party customer accounts, with a focus on reducing overdue receivables and improving aging performance.
Conduct regular customer follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings to secure payment commitments.
Partner with sales, customer service, and dispute management teams to resolve barriers to payment.
Monitor aging reports, prioritize collection efforts, and escalate high-risk accounts as appropriate.
Contribute to the achievement of cash collection, working capital, and delinquency reduction targets.
Maintain and update cheque registers and related payment documentation.
Track, monitor, and record bank guarantees and associated obligations.
Monitor proof of delivery (POD) for couriered documents and maintain supporting records.
Support Electronic Bank Realisation Certificate (e-BRC) regularization and related compliance activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
