Must-haves

  • Recently qualified accountant (CA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong technical accounting knowledge and IFRS expertise. • Experience or strong awareness of Group management and statutory reporting, ideally within a FTSE 250 or large corporate environment. • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning financial systems such as OneStream. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior management and deliver accurate, detailed financial information under tight deadlines.
  • Nice-to-haves: • Experience in consolidation and foreign exchange complexities. • Background in Big 4 or large group accounting environments. • Exposure to process improvement and financial system implementation projects. • Newly qualified candidates with strong potential are preferred but 1-2 years post-qualification experience is also encouraged.
