Requirements
- To apply you should be an Australian citizen/ resident or already have approved work rights that allow unrestricted work for a period least 28 days longer than the contract period. Your profile would likely include:
- ● Tertiary qualification in Business/ similar (desirable)
- ● Proven experience in a similar role in the Financial Services industry with significant experience in commercial and/ or asset finance credit assessment, ideally in relation to commercial and/ or asset financing for equipment/ heavy machinery/ motor vehicles
- ● A current (or recent) Delegated Lending Authority of at least $100,000 or greater
- ● Sound applied knowledge of relevant Australian and New Zealand legislation, including but not limited to; Privacy Act, Code of Banking Practice and National Credit Code
- ● Proven ability to analyse and identify acceptable lending risk and exercise professional judgment
- ● Proven integrity in relation to conduct and compliance with policy, procedure, governance and regulatory requirements
- ● Experience in the preparation of a range of reporting and documentation for internal use and external bodies/ authorities
- ● Ability to coordinate and prioritise workflow and work items to meet deadlines whilst achieving high levels of service and quality
- ● Attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- ● Well developed general computing skills, including proficiency in the use of the MS Office/ Google suite and a lending customer management system
- ● Proven ability to develop and maintain professional customer and other working relationships
- ● Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- ● Highly developed numerical capability, analysis and problem-solving skills
- ● Proven ability to work autonomously without direct supervision, and, as part of a team in a fast paced, dynamic environment
