Requirements
- To be successful in the position you will be an Australian citizen/ resident or already have approved permanent and unrestricted right to work in Australia. Your profile would likely include:
- ● Tertiary qualification in IT (or commensurate experience)
- ● Project management certification (highly desirable)
- ● Substantial senior level experience in a similar role, with a particular focus on business partnering/ consultancy and successful senior technical level solution/ application delivery experience
- ● Significant people leadership and management experience
- ● Substantial business partnering experience combined with complex project leadership and management experience
- ● Applied technical and operational knowledge of Kubota relevant systems (X2 Dealer Portal, Zendesk, Netsol, retail Finance, CRM and M365 technologies), evolving developments in technology and business systems and proven ability to identify, assess, recommend and implement appropriate solutions and services
- ● Experience in solution/enterprise architecture and business analysis (highly regarded)
- ● Highly developed problem solving and technical trouble-shooting skills
- ● Vendor management exposure
- ● Highly developed communication skills including experience in business case/ proposal writing and reporting
- ● Senior level relationship management, negotiation/ influencing and interpersonal skills
- ● Applied understanding of ITSM tools and automation technology, risk management approaches, relevant legislation/ regulation, policy, procedure and protocols
- ● Demonstrated planning and organisational skills
- ● Demonstrated customer centricity
