Role Overview
Support MENA-wide creator visual upgrade programs delivered with local service providers.
The programs cover lighting, composition, background quality improvement, equipment delivery, on-site setup, quality control, and creator training.
Join an internship program offering hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply academic knowledge to real-world challenges.
Service Provider Operations
- Manage creator scheduling, equipment delivery, on-site installation, and post-setup follow-up.
- Enforce standardized visual quality criteria and conduct pre- and post-upgrade quality audits.
- Resolve on-site issues and collect creator feedback for continuous improvement.
Quality and Performance
- Audit service provider setups against the official scoring rubric and review before-and-after samples.
- Flag non-compliant cases and drive corrections to ensure consistent quality execution.
- Track upgrade volume, completion rate, pass rate, and visual improvement score.
- Maintain weekly dashboards and performance reports, analyze bottlenecks, and propose process optimizations.
