- Manage project intake, prioritize briefs, and allocate tasks to designers, copywriters, and strategists
- Monitor workloads, maintain schedules, track deadlines, and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks
- Serve as key point of contact between account management and creative teams, facilitating communication in Arabic and English
- Update project management tools, organize status meetings, and align stakeholders on timelines and deliverables
- Support continuous improvements in workflow and resource planning
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Proven experience in traffic management, project coordination, or studio management within an agency or similar creative environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfort with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar)
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent experience

Role Description

- Strong Creative Strategy and Integrated Marketing skills.
- Proficiency in Art Direction and Marketing Communications.
- Solid foundation in Marketing principles.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in traffic management, project coordination, or studio management within an agency or similar creative environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate effectively with cross functional, multicultural teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
