- Oversee the daily operations of the creative team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations and brand guidelines
- Coordinate workflows across content creation, social media, performance marketing, photography, videography, and design
- Manage project timelines, optimize processes, monitor quality standards, and communicate clearly with internal teams and clients
- Develop operational best practices and support creative strategy execution
- Use Arabic and English language skills to manage regional campaigns and client relationships
Requirements
- Ability to manage creative operations, including project planning, workflow coordination, resource allocation, and deadline management
- Experience working with social media, content creation, performance marketing, and digital campaigns in an agency or similar environment
- Strong skills in team leadership, cross functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills, with attention to detail and quality control
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and strong proficiency in English
- Familiarity with creative and marketing tools (e.g., project management platforms, social media management tools)
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and adapt to a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field
- Agency experience is highly beneficial
- Experience in the UAE or GCC market and understanding of local culture and audience preferences is a plus
