Overview

  • We are seeking a Creative Director to lead marketing creative across global brands.
  • This is a contract role until Dec 2026 renewable! Based in Singapore.
  • This role will shape brand identity, drive innovative campaigns, and ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, and traditional channels.
  • Develop briefs informed by insights and data to inspire bold creative concepts.
  • Partner with agencies and cross functional teams to deliver standout campaigns that balance efficiency and customization.
  • Provide direction and feedback to creative teams, ensuring alignment with brand vision.
  • Build scalable frameworks, apply testing insights, and refine creative strategies to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years in conceptual copywriting across video, social, OOH, and digital.
  • Expert in writing scripts, manifestos, headlines, and social first content that captures attention instantly.
  • Skilled at building tone of voice, shaping brand narratives, and scaling editorial systems.
  • Experienced in performance driven, UGC, documentary, and cinematic storytelling.
  • Obsessed with detail, understanding how subtle word choices can transform an idea.
  • Designs and delivers persuasive decks that win buy in from internal teams and clients.

Strategic & Cultural Strengths

  • Deep knowledge of short form video formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and how copy drives engagement.
  • Writes for diverse audiences, tailoring tone for different markets while keeping impact intact.
  • Proven ability to shape and evolve brand identity for established companies and startups.
  • Uses insights to refine copy and creative direction while protecting the integrity of big ideas.
