Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling and on brand marketing materials, including mailers, ads, flyers, social media posts, signage, and handouts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate messages.
- Maintain brand guidelines for all brands, ensuring consistent and cohesive visual identity across all materials.
- Standardize all marketing collateral to align with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of design quality.
- Refresh marketing materials on an annual basis to keep the brand current and engaging.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design output.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.).
- Proven experience in creating various marketing materials such as mailers, ads, flyers, Reels, videos, social media posts, signage, and handouts.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and a keen understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
