Responsibilities
- Create engaging content across TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Develop short form and long form content that drives awareness, traffic, and customer registrations
- Produce graphics, videos, social posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns
- Write compelling copy for social media, blogs, email campaigns, website content, and marketing collateral
- Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar
- Develop and execute PR campaigns that increase brand awareness and strengthen market positioning
- Write and distribute press releases, company announcements, thought leadership articles, and media statements
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, media outlets, and industry publications
- Identify opportunities for media interviews, speaking engagements, awards, and brand features
- Coordinate press events, product launches, media briefings, and corporate announcements
- Monitor media coverage and manage the company's reputation across traditional and digital channels
- Work closely with leadership to develop executive communications and thought leadership content
Requirements
- 2 3 years experience in digital content creation, social media marketing, public relations, or similar role
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, influencer marketing, and digital communications
- Experience writing press releases, media content, and high performing digital copy
- Strong media relations and stakeholder management skills
- Experience creating engaging visual and written content
- Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, media monitoring, and performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Highly organised with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

The Opportunity
- We are looking for a creative, commercially minded, and highly motivated Communication Executive to drive awareness, engagement, media visibility, traffic, and customer sign ups across our digital and traditional communication channels.
- This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what makes content perform, spots trends before they become mainstream, and can quickly turn ideas into engaging campaigns that generate measurable business results.
- Alongside content creation, you will be responsible for developing and executing PR initiatives that enhance brand reputation, secure media coverage, and position the company as a leading voice in Dubai's property market.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers aligned with our target audience and business objectives
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach through execution and reporting
- Negotiate partnerships and ensure campaigns deliver measurable results
- Build strategic partnerships with industry associations, events, and relevant organisations to increase brand visibility
Brand Growth & Trend Spotting
- Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, platform updates, media opportunities, and content innovations
- Bring fresh creative ideas that elevate the brand and differentiate us in the market
- React quickly to market opportunities, industry news, and trending topics with relevant content and PR initiatives
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all communication channels
Lead Generation & Performance
- Create content specifically designed to attract private investors and property buyers interested in Dubai real estate
- Drive website traffic, customer engagement, and user sign ups
- Monitor content, PR, and campaign performance, optimising activity based on data and insights
- Measure media coverage, share of voice, audience engagement, and campaign ROI
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to support growth objectives
Essential Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years' experience in digital content creation, social media marketing, public relations, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, influencer marketing, and digital communications
- Experience writing press releases, media content, and high performing digital copy
- Strong media relations and stakeholder management skills
- Experience creating engaging visual and written content
- Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

Desirable Experience
- Experience within real estate, property, fintech, investment, or financial services
- Existing relationships with UAE media, journalists, or influencers
- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills
- Understanding of digital advertising and paid social campaigns
- Knowledge of the Dubai property market
- Experience managing corporate events, launches, or media activations
