BIDllc is looking for a Creative Content Specialist to support brand, marketing, and project communication through graphic design, photography, videography, and social media content.

Responsibilities
- Create high quality graphic designs for social media, campaigns, presentations, brochures, website visuals, and digital ads
- Shoot professional photos and videos of projects, architectural models, workshop activities, team processes, events, and client related content
- Edit videos for social media reels, brand videos, project showcases, website content, and campaign materials
- Develop creative concepts for brand awareness campaigns, project stories, behind the scenes content, and promotional videos
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and produce monthly content
- Support the creation of visual content for Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and company presentations
- Maintain brand consistency across all design, photography, and video output
- Capture and present BIDllc’s work in a premium, clean, and professional style suitable for luxury real estate and architectural industries
- Coordinate with internal teams including design, production, commercial, and project management to collect content from ongoing projects
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in graphic design, videography, photography, or content creation
- Strong experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software, Figma
- Ability to shoot and edit high quality video content
- Strong understanding of social media content formats, especially reels, short videos, carousels, posters, and campaign visuals
- Good eye for composition, lighting, framing, color grading, typography, and premium visual presentation
- Strong portfolio is mandatory

Required Skills & Experience
