Position Overview
We are seeking skilled **Crane Operators** to join our earthmoving and site preparation team in **Habshan**.
The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in operating mobile cranes for safe and efficient lifting, hoisting, and material handling in oilfield environments.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate cranes for lifting, moving, and positioning heavy loads, equipment, and materials as per approved lifting plans.
- Work closely with the site engineer, supervisor, riggers, and signalmen to execute lifting operations safely and as per schedule.
- Perform daily pre-operational inspections, checks, and basic maintenance on the crane to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Strictly follow operational procedures, ADNOC HSE standards, Permit to Work (PTW) system, and all safety guidelines while working in oilfield or restricted areas.
- Calculate loads, interpret load charts, and ensure stability and safe lifting practices at all times.
- Record and report any malfunctions, damages, near-misses, or maintenance needs immediately.
- Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Possession of a valid **UAE Heavy Equipment / Mobile Crane Operator License** (mandatory).
- Minimum **5 years** of relevant experience as a Crane Operator.
- Prior experience in **ADNOC onshore** projects or oil & gas fields will be a strong advantage.
- Sound knowledge of lifting plans, rigging techniques, load calculations, and safety protocols.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and communicate effectively in **English** (Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
