Crane & Logistics Coordinator

Project and opportunity

What you will do

• Coordinate crane bookings and lifting schedules to support project activities.
• Work with crane providers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Manage deliveries, site access and the movement of materials and equipment across site.
• Maintain logistics plans and accurate crane and delivery records.
• Identify clashes, risks and scheduling issues in upcoming work programs.
• Coordinate permits, approvals and documentation for crane and logistics activities.
• Communicate schedule changes and impacts to stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day logistics planning, reporting, administration and record keeping.
• Build relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and project personnel.
• Contribute to the project safety culture and requirements.

What you will bring

• Experience in logistics, coordination, project support or a similar role.
• Strong organization, prioritization and attention-to-detail skills.
• A proactive approach, practical problem-solving ability and adaptability when priorities change.
• Confidence working with diverse stakeholders and building positive working relationships.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning new systems and processes.
• Construction, infrastructure, civil or major-project experience is welcomed but not required.

Work environment

• The role supports active construction-site operations and requires coordination across the project site.
• The work involves frequent interaction with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and crane providers.
